This is done pretty much the same as article writing but with possibly a bit of controversy or edge.
What I mean by that is think about or watch on TV how advertisements catch your eye or how they introduce up and coming topics, a lot of them leave you filled with curiosity thinking yes I must see this or read that.  Its all clever marketing on how to get the TV watcher interested.

The exact same thing can be said about press releases, how can I introduce or tell people about my website and at the same time keep the reader so interested they want to know more.

In the mean time I want to share with you guys some traffic tips that I have learnt and implemented into my own business.

Write 5-10 articles on a particular niche and submit it to www.ezinearticles.com (which in my opinion is the most visited article directory on the internet.
Ensure that your articles are unique and that they contain great content that will spark interest in the reader. Don’t bother buying pre-written articles as many people will already have this and ezine will consider it as duplicate content.

Either write them yourself or go to www.elance.com and get someone else to write them for you.

Once these articles are approved, interested readers will start visiting your articles which in turn will hopefully click on your link at the bottom which will help increase the amount of traffic to your site.

Another great thing about ezine articles is that ezine publishers constantly search for information and articles to put in their newsletters, if they use your article that will be more exposure that you will receive to a wider target market.

3. Promoting stuff for other people to your list may not necessarily be the right thing, I say this because there are a lot of people on the web today that just try to sell you all sorts of things under the sun without realizing that they are potentially doing more bad than good.
If you are going to promote a product to your list make sure that you know all about it so that you can ensure that a good relationship of trust and credibility is maintained.

4. One misguided mistake could cost you a lot of money so be careful, ensure what you provide to your fans are always of high quality standard.

If you do these things what you will find is that more and more people will want to hear what you have to say and will start to appreciate what you can do for them.  As this happens you will find that people who are interested at the beginning will be more inclined to become a fan of you.

Make sure the headline entices readers to learn more about your product, remember you want readers to click on your link.
For example I find the ‘Warning: Don’t write a….’ headline works well because people generally want to know what you are trying to warn them about.

Short And To The Point
As you only have a few words to get your message across in your ad you need to make it concise.
I recommend that you find out a couple of benefits from your product and use each ad to highlight one benefit.

Whats In It For Me
People always want to know what do I have to gain from clicking on your ad so you need to make a clear promise in your ad what they will get.
Sometimes its best to promote FREE Ebook/CD or DVD. This way you can turn prospects into customers.

Keywords are King
Remember if you want people to find your ad then you need to ensure your Keyword research has been done.
Find out what key phrases or keywords people are entering in the Google search engine and make sure they are relevant to what your promoting. Once you find them add them to your ads.

Now I say that because no matter what you do in life,  if your mind is not in the right place or right mind set, the body will follow but will eventually give up.

Ask any successful athlete or businessmen how they got to where they are they’ll all say with commitment and dedication, and we know the commitment starts with the mind.  What they constantly thought about and pictured in their own minds was them being successful.

• Realize that there will be pitfalls and road blocks, push passed them and keep going.
• Prioritize your day and put aside time to focus on what you want to do.
• Write down your goals and break each of them down to sub goals and track them so that you stay on target.

Remember ‘where the mind is the body will follow’.
